Pericutaneous Access sheath for the surgical treatment of Urinary Lithiasis - Banco de Patentes

Urinary lithiasis or urinary calculi is a disease with a high incidence worldwide. Although its surgical treatment has improved by the use of percutaneous access sheaths, they still present disadvantages for both the patient and the professional. The present invention results in an improvement of this technique, preventing the migration of the sheath into the patient, reducing the friction with the nephroscope and allowing easy introduction of surgical material.
