Personalized animal and cellular models of lung cancer for the design of precision medicine bancodepatentes - Banco de Patentes

In order to investigate lung tumor biology, we generate lung cancer models which can adequately represent tumor heterogeneity and predict in vivo drug sensitivity. Specifically, we are developing patient-derived xenograft models (PDX) and lung cancer tumor organoids.
