A new process to produce nano-structured hybrid nanopigments has been developed. These nanopigments confer improved optical, thermal, and mechanical properties when they are applied on composite materials. Some parameters can be controlled with this system, such as: adsorbed dye concentration, degradation temperature, UV-VIS colour fastness, etc.
