Tools for evaluating job burnout and psychosocial factors in the workplace - Banco de Patentes

Researchers from the University of Valencia have developed two questionnaires in order to help companies analyse the processes and variables that intervene in the onset and development of psychosocial risks at work and their consequences, and to design intervention strategies aimed at improving employees' quality of life.
